Step 1: Identify the Contamination Problem

Every process stream in a plant is different, from its composition to its contaminants to the temperatures, pressures and speeds with which it moves through a pipe. Our team will work with you to identify and understand the nature and composition of the contaminants present along with the media type and required efficiencies, separator element configuration and the best total solution to achieve the desired process goals.

Expert diagnosis of the contaminants driving process constraints is necessary for designing, sizing and selecting filtration-separation equipment.

Step 2: Planning, Design and Production

Once the issue is identified, Transcend will help you find multiple ways to reach a desired solution. With many tools available, our team will help you choose the right one for the job based on constraints including cost, degree of performance, efficiency, seasonality and other factors.

Transcend has in-house design, engineering, manufacturing, laboratory and field service capabilities to deliver customized solutions. Our team offers a variety of solutions, whether making use of an “in kind” element replacement, upgrade of an existing filter to improve capacity, efficiency, seals and performance, or if the solution requires a rental filter system or a new fabricated filter vessel.

Step 3: Installation and Ongoing Service

Once our separation solution is delivered, Transcend will support the installation process in the field and train operators to properly manage and maintain the equipment. Ongoing services including field support, lab testing, process validation and more are available to our customers after product installation. We understand that your processes are dynamic and Transcend has the tools to support ongoing optimization to manage changes in feed streams, variations in operating conditions and changing processes.
