Full time Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and purchase, from concept to commission, of automated manufacturing equipment to reduce assembly cycle times and improve product quality
  • Upgrade of existing, standard equipment with robotic, automated features
  • Managing CAPEX projects within timeframe, budget and performance expectations
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair of equipment
  • Create manufacturing documentation such as Safe Operating Procedures, Start-up/Shutdown, Spare Parts Lists, etc.
  • Develop and maintain key supplier relationships

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in same or similar role
  • Experience with control systems including PLC’s
  • Demonstrated knowledge and abilities of electrical and mechanical systems
  • AutoCad, Inventor or SolidWorks experience desired
  • Machining experience with lathes or mills, manual or CNC, a plus
  • Logical, analytical and problem solving skills required
  • Works well in a cross-functional, open-communication environment
